Cheque and Postal Order payment should be made payable to Tim Bear Garden and posted to the address above.

Delivery

Delivery for all items is Free within the UK Mainland unless otherwise stated. Deliveries will normally be on a next day service when payment is received before Midday, although please allow up to 3 working days of receipt of your Order. You will always be notified by e-mail to let you know when your order has been dispatched and when to expect delivery. Any items that fall outside the normal 3 days delivery will be detailed within the content of the item description.
There will be an additional delivery cost for the Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.

Item Out of Stock

If the item you have ordered is out of stock you will be contacted through e-mail and given the option to wait for availability or cancel your order. We will normally try to identify on the item description if there is a delay in delivery or the item is out of stock.

Returns Policy
 
In the event of a problem arising and the goods being no longer required simply contact our team on 01827 63336 within 14 Days and we will arrange collection. Once we receive the returned goods, which must be unused and in their original packaging, we will send a refund cheque taking the costs of the original delivery and collection into consideration.
